1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ZooCrew website (zoocrew.llc) and purchasing or downloading ZooCrew applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use our Services.

2. Use License

ZooCrew LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access and use our website for lawful purposes
Download and install our applications (subject to the licensing terms included with each app)

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense our applications
Circumvent license key validation or copy protection mechanisms
Use our applications for illegal purposes
Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary marks

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our applications--including software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks--are the exclusive property of ZooCrew LLC or our licensors. You retain no ownership or intellectual property rights to any materials.

4. Product Licenses

4.1 One-Time Purchase

When you purchase a ZooCrew application, you are buying a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use that application on your personal computer(s).

4.2 License Scope

Personal Use: You may use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes
Single User: The license is for a single individual user
No Sublicense: You may not transfer, share, or sublicense your license to others
Multiple Devices: You may install on multiple devices you personally own, provided only you use the license

4.3 What You Own

You own the license. You do not own:

The underlying software or code
The right to modify or create derivatives
The right to distribute copies

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (or our designated payment processor). By completing a purchase, you authorize the processor to charge your payment method.

5.2 Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a refund (no questions asked).
After 30 Days: No refunds unless required by law.
Defective Product: If our application is defective or doesn't function as advertised, we will issue a refund or replacement license.

5.3 Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We will not retroactively charge existing customers for price increases.

6. Free Trial

Trial Duration: 14 days from first launch
Trial Limitations: The trial version functions identically to the paid version with no feature restrictions
End of Trial: After 14 days, the application will remind you to purchase a license. It will not forcibly disable.
No Credit Card Required: Trial access does not require payment information upfront

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Our applications will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
Results will meet your expectations
Our applications are compatible with all hardware or software

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOOCREW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our applications or website
Even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application that caused the damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZooCrew LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our applications or website
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights
Your negligence or misconduct

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS, rather than in court (except for claims relating to intellectual property or license enforcement).

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZooCrew LLC regarding your use of our Services. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
