The short version: If you buy a ZooCrew app and aren't happy within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you -- no questions asked.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every ZooCrew application comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase an app and decide it's not right for you -- for any reason -- contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

You do not need to explain yourself. "Changed my mind" is a perfectly valid reason.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@zoocrew.llc with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We process refunds promptly -- typically within one business day. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 3–10 business days to appear.

After 30 Days

We generally do not issue refunds after the 30-day window has passed, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you have a special circumstance, reach out and we'll consider it. We're a small team and we'd rather resolve things fairly than hide behind a policy.

Defective or Misbehaving Software

If a ZooCrew application doesn't function as described -- crashes consistently, fails to run on a supported platform, or is materially different from what was advertised -- we will issue a full refund or replace your license, regardless of when you purchased.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Most problems can be fixed with a quick update.

Trial Periods

ZooCrew apps include a free trial period before purchase is required. We encourage you to try the app thoroughly during the trial so you can buy with confidence. The 30-day refund window begins at the time of purchase, not at the end of the trial.
